Areas of Practice:
Mr. M’limbiine was admitted to the Kenyan Bar in 1998 and has been a Certified Public Secretary since 2004. Besides being the managing partner of the Law firm he is also currently an Assisting Counsel to the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board, and has successfully been involved in carrying out investigations to completion on several judicial offices since December 2011.
Before then, he was an Assisting Counsel at the Puisne Judges Tribunal where he successfully investigated and prosecuted six High Court Judges suspended on allegations of misconduct, including conducting successfully Defences in Constitutional and Judicial Review causes brought by four of the Judges to stop their investigations.
In the year 2003 he was also involved in the setting up of the Anti-Corruption, Economic Crimes, Asset Recovery and Forfeiture Section of the Directorate of Public Prosecution; Leading investigations on several senior government officials allegedly involved in corruption and other malpractices and compiling the same for prosecution by the Attorney General’s office.
He lead investigations and eventual prosecution of a multi-billion Kenya Shillings project namely, The Kenya Urban Transport Infrastructure Program, involving senior government officers and high-ranking World Bank officials.
